When the customer places an order, a Seguí Clima operator will check if the requested product is actually available at this time. Once the payment and the availability of the article have been verified, the customer will be contacted by e-mail or telephone, to inform him that the order is processed correctly.
Price policy
Seguí Clima reserves at all times and unilaterally the right to modify the price of the products and services offered through its website. To guarantee the client the certainty and security of the price of their products, this will be the one in force in the advertising that coincides with the moment of formalizing the order.
Order acceptance
At the time of formalizing the order, once the order acceptance menu option has been used, the customer's consent is understood to be given for the validity and effectiveness of the sales contract that binds the parties. Seguí Clima will store the order electronically, except for a reasonable typographical error, in which case the order cannot be processed.
After accepting the order, Seguí Clima will inform the client of the same by sending the order confirmation and also sending the current general conditions of Seguí Clima to the email indicated by the client.
The commitment acquired by Seguí Clima for the sale and delivery of the merchandise offered is subject to the stock of the advertised product and its availability while stocks last, so that Seguí Clima, in its commitment to quality and customer service, tries to whenever the advertised products are available. However, in the event of exceptional circumstances such as abusive order, interactive order fine or those others that cause the end of product stock, the order and the contract between the parties will be null and void by virtue of this termination clause, fully restoring the customer. in case of prepayment, the amounts paid for it.
Bill
Seguí Clima will issue a physical invoice that will be sent and delivered together with the order to the address of the customer designated by it.
Seguí Clima warns that you will not be able to modify sales invoices after billing in compliance with current regulations. The invoice will be issued in the name of the natural person or company that places the order, so that the client has to make sure that the order is placed in the correct name. Subsequent changes will not be possible.
Seguí Clima warns that for personal data protection reasons, only duplicate invoices will be issued to the person holding the contract. Duplicates will not be issued to third parties. Seguí Clima will not send duplicate invoices by fax or email, but only to the address designated by the contract holder. Once the warranty period has elapsed, no more duplicate invoices can be issued.
Delivery time of the purchased product
An approximate period of 48 working hours is established for the effective delivery of the product, counting from the moment in which the delivery date was set when the order was formalized. For orders for advanced payment without proof of payment within the delivery period of the product set when placing the order, the period will start counting from when Seguí Clima becomes aware of the completion of such payment.
The delivery time of the merchandise may vary for reasons beyond Seguí Clima. Seguí Clima will try to correct any incident with transport in the most efficient way.
In the event of a delay in delivery of more than 30 days over the approximate period of receipt of the product set when placing the order, and provided that this delay is attributable to Seguí Clima, the customer, prior written claim (letter, fax or email) , may unilaterally withdraw from the order, returning the amounts paid in case of prepayment, in accordance with articles 103 and following of Royal Legislative Decree, 1/2007.
Seguí Clima will not be able to guarantee the availability of the entire catalogue, being at the expense of the supply by the manufacturers of the different products. In the event of this situation, Seguí Clima undertakes to promptly return the amount paid by the customer or the delivery of another gamma product equal to the one purchased by the customer if the customer so prefers.
Shipping costs
The minimum ports established according to weight / price or product of the order will be automatically assigned. (For orders within the Peninsula).
The store will automatically apply the relevant ports according to the country/area of delivery of the order (Iberian Peninsula only). Way to pay
payment modalities are accepted with credit card and bank transfer.
Seguí Clima will not send any order until it is verified that the payment has been made, or the financial institution confirms its agreement and acceptance of the operation.
Payment by bank transfer may delay the estimated shipping time.
Incorrect data in the shipment
If the problem is due to an error on the part of the client (he makes a mistake when placing the order), he will bear the shipping costs of the return, the shipping costs of the replacement plus 10 euros for administrative expenses.
Please make sure before placing the order that the shipping information and the selected products are correct.
In the event that the error is caused by Seguí Clima, the customer would receive the requested merchandise at no additional cost.
Order cancellations
An order can only be canceled if it has not yet been processed and invoiced.
To cancel an order, you only have to notify us by e-mail, providing us with the number of the order you want to cancel.
If I select "prepaid" as the payment method and you have already made the transfer or deposit, you must also provide your bank details (IBAN) so that we can return your money to you. This management will only be possible in writing (email).
Warranty
The guarantee of the products sold by Seguí Clima is provided and established by virtue of the regulations contained in the current legislation.
Seguí Clima will not be responsible for possible damages that may result from misuse, manipulation or unprofessional installation, or malfunctions such as short circuits. The guarantee will not be valid in case of factors external to the normal use of the product, such as power surges or drops, use of inappropriate accessories or those prohibited by manufacturers, falls, water, fire or incorrect or abusive handling by the customer or by third parties not authorized by the manufacturers.
The computation of the guarantee will begin on the same day of delivery, by virtue of the aforementioned article 123 of the Royal Legislative Decree.
The guarantee is addressed only to the owner (contractual party) that appears on the invoice and only the owner can demand it.
Seguí Clima will not be responsible for meeting requirements from third parties that have not directly acquired the good through Seguí Clima and/or that do not appear on the sales invoice.
Returns
No return will be accepted for reasons of customer dissatisfaction with the product from 48 hours after the delivery of the product. The ports for returns for reasons not attributable to Seguí Clima will be borne by the client.
After the first 48 hours from the delivery of the product and if the product is defective, the customer will have to contact the official technical service of its manufacturer.

Returns due to product malfunction will always be referred to the technical service.
Regarding returns with guarantee, these include the products, never the ports.
You will have to follow the instructions for sending the return as indicated by our Customer Service department.
All returns due to packaging defects will be made to payable ports and Seguí Clima will also return the product to paid ports.
When you receive your package, make sure that the product has not been damaged during transport. The package received must be externally in good condition. Otherwise, note this fact on the carrier's delivery note, reject the shipment and notify Seguí Clima in writing within the next 24 hours. It is recommended to take photos of the package.
No claim will be accepted for poor external condition of the product unless it is recorded on the delivery note of the carrier.
If there are no external signs of having suffered any damage during transport, and once the delivery note has been signed, open and check the merchandise. In cases of deterioration of the interior product (which are not evident at the time of delivery), you will have to notify Seguí Clima within 2 days after receipt via e-mail.
Seguí Clima will not accept any wear of the product due exclusively to its test to make a decision on its definitive acquisition, nor can the conditions of the product be altered at the time of delivery. In cases of abnormal use the good will not accept this return. The return costs will be subtracted from the price of the product at the time of the money return. In no case will it be possible to manage procedures for returns or exchange of merchandise at the registered office of Seguí Clima.
Seguí Clima will not be responsible for returns on products handled by the customer, or those merchandise that are returned incomplete in both its main elements and accessories.
The right of return does not apply outside the indicated period, nor on products subject to fluctuations in a market not controlled by Seguí Clima, nor on perishable objects, objects that can be easily reproduced immediately or that due to their nature cannot be returned. Nor is the right to return merchandise or orders that may be considered due to their special characteristics tailored to the one requested by the client.
The delivery of a possible return will not be managed directly to our facilities, but will be delivered to the carrier indicated by Seguí Clima for shipment.

All returns of products that do not have the original packaging and / or that do not present the original Seguí Clima return form will be rejected.
Sometimes they become manipulated and deteriorated products. In the event that our after-sales service detects that the returned item shows wear due to handling, the return will not be accepted, and if it is accepted, 100% of the amount paid for the order will not be refunded.
Seguí Clima will not be responsible for returns on products handled by the customer, or those merchandise that are returned incomplete in both its main elements and accessories.
Return procedure
In the event that you meet the requirements of terms and form explained above for the return of the order, you have to follow the following steps:
1st. - Contact our Customer Service via email to notify us of your decision to return the product and request your return number.
2nd. - You will have to follow the instructions for sending the return as indicated by our Customer Service department, since you have to send it to the proper ports through the carrier that we indicate and to the address that we provide you for which.
The refund of your money will be made within a maximum period of 14 business days.
To be able to return an order, make sure you meet all the required requirements:
• You are within the established period: maximum of 2 business days from receipt of the order
• You have contacted our Customer Service to communicate your decision and you have your return number.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• The item must be in perfect condition.
• The article must be sent with all the documentation that it included.
• The item must be returned with the original return form perfectly filled out (with its corresponding return number).
• The product must be perfectly packed to avoid incidents or damage during transport. That is why it is necessary that the smallest products are protected by an additional external packaging, just as you received it at your home. For larger products, it is important that you make sure that the product is sent properly protected inside the original box with the protections that it includes intended for this purpose (corks, bubble wrap, etc.) and avoiding any type of manipulation in it.
The return of the products will not be possible at any time:
• All products that require direct contact with some parts of the body from which the packaging has been unpacked or the slightest signs of use are detected.
• All types of Robotics with open packaging, which, due to its nature of multiple pieces, security packaging and memories, cannot be returned.
• All types of products that require a professional fixed installation and have been installed after the purchase (hoods, ovens, boilers...)
The collection of returns of large products will take place on the same landing as the delivery, that is, in the portal, they will not be collected from the floors.
Those fixed installation products (such as hoods, stoves, boilers,...) that require intense control to rule out tampering, the process for their return process may take longer than usual.
Place and method of delivery
The order will be delivered at the address designated at the time of contracting by the client. The subsequent modification of the place of delivery requested by the client will only be possible before the order leaves our warehouses and will generate additional expenses on the sale price that will be at the expense of the buyer. Modification of the delivery address once the order has been delivered to the carrier will not be possible unless the customer bears the expenses and this is expressly agreed between the parties.
The merchandise will be delivered to the client by a transport company, together with a delivery note in which the data that allows the client to be identified and the number of packages that must be entered must be recorded.
The merchandise is at all times covered by insurance against risks of transport, loss and manipulation during transport.
Important: Make sure that the received package is externally in good condition. Otherwise, note this fact on the carrier's delivery note, reject the shipment and notify Seguí Clima in writing within the next 24 hours.
The merchandise that could not be delivered within a period of seven working days from its departure from the Seguí Clima facilities for reasons not attributable to the seller will be returned to the seller, refunding the amounts paid for the product in the case of orders in the prepaid modality except the costs of forwarding (return).
Seguí Clima will serve its products offered on the website only to the Peninsula. Orders outside these areas (example: Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) cannot be attended.
Large products such as televisions, large appliances, boilers, ... will be delivered to the portal, they will not go up to the floors.
